Several polishing methods of stainless steel plate production process

Naturally, a good stainless steel plate has many requirements in its own production. As for the production process of stainless steel pipe, it is often because of the different strength of the manufacturers, which makes it have a great decline in its own production process. Therefore, generally speaking, as long as it is a large manufacturer, they will often make it reach a high production process in their own stainless steel plate price products. Of course, there is its own material performance. If it is in its own production and does not have very high materials, Naturally, its products can't satisfy users very well.

There are three common polishing methods for stainless steel plates: mechanical polishing, chemical polishing and electrochemical polishing. These three methods have their own advantages and disadvantages.

1. Mechanical polishing of stainless steel plate.

Its advantages are good levelness and high brightness of processed parts. Its disadvantages are high labor intensity, serious pollution, and complex parts cannot be processed, and its gloss cannot be consistent. The gloss is not maintained for a long time, stuffy and rusty. It is more suitable for processing simple parts, medium and small products, and 201 stainless steel plates.

2. Chemical polishing of stainless steel plate.

Its advantages are less investment in processing equipment, complex parts can be thrown, fast speed, high efficiency, and good corrosion resistance. Its disadvantages are poor brightness, gas overflow, ventilation equipment, and heating difficulties. It is suitable for processing small batches of complex parts and products with low brightness requirements for small parts.

3. Electrochemical polishing of stainless steel plate.

316L stainless steel plate has the advantages of long specular gloss, stable process, less pollution, low cost and good corrosion resistance. Its disadvantages are high pollution prevention, large one-time investment in processing equipment, tooling for complex parts, auxiliary electrodes, mass production also requires cooling facilities, suitable for mass production. It is mainly used in export products, products with tolerances, stable processing technology and simple operation.
